  • Check / Confirm There Is No Damage To Upholstered Seating & Exposing Filling Material

  • Ensure All Conbustible Waste/Rubbish Has Been Removed From The Premesis & The External Bins Have Been Secured.

  • Thoroughly Inspect All Areas For Any Materials That Could Start / Cause A Fire To Spread

  • Ensure All Doors Are Closed Including Magnetically Held Doors

  • Switch Off Any Electrical Equipment Not In Use

  • Ensure That The Premises Is Completely Cleared Of All Occupants.

  • Ensure The Emergency Alarm Systems Are Working Prior To Departure, Set The Alarm & Secure The Final Exit Door

  • If There Are Any Issues From The Above The Record Below And If Needed Activate The SIMP If The Place The Safety Of Premises in Significant Danger.

  • Name & Sign To Say The Premises Is Safe To Lock Up
