  • Tips for an effective talk:
    1. Observe,
    2. Ask if you can interrupt for a short discussion
    3. Get closer and start a discussion
    4. Feedback first on positive behaviours
    5. Feedback on unsafe conditions or behaviours
    6. Agree on the behaviours which need to change
    7. Discuss different measures for improvement
    8. Say thank you for working safely
