Electrical Fixtures

  • All panel boxes are kept shut when not in use

  • Panel boxes are properly labeled and no items are stored within 36"

  • Wire insulation of machinery is in good condition and is not exposed

  • Extension cords are for portable equipment and are free of defects and/or electrical tape

  • Electrical outlets 220 V or higher are labeled

  • Outlets have covers and do not expose wires
