  • PPE checked for damage and is worn correctly

Taking the Drill

  • Drill was detailed correctly and in sequence

  • Instructions given are clear and audible

  • Commands are given as specified in the Drill book with clarity. Using correct language, using correct positioning

  • Monitored drill closely and recorded crew and individual performance

  • Stop drills when necessary for safety or instructional clarification

  • Gave command to knock of and make up. Make up is monitored for safety and consistency with the sequence specified in the drill book

After the Drill

  • Crew debriefed

  • Feedback to crew and individuals constructive including details of meeting the objective and equipment damage check

  • Record details of the Drills as required

  • Appliance and equipment used are checked for operational readiness
