Post-Rush Duties

At Cut

  • I have scrubbed the ice tea machine and cleaned its nuzzle.

  • I have cleaned out the pepsi machine drain.

  • I have soaked the coffee pot with water and 2 lemons.

  • I have scrubbed all drains from debris and grease.

  • I have wiped down all drink menus and check presenters.

  • I have wiped down all high chairs and boosters.

  • I have taken all the trashes out.

  • Is it pass closing time yet?

  • I have started sweeping the emptiest section of the restaurant.

  • I have NOT locked the patio yet.

  • I have NOT put the chairs up yet.

  • I have locked the patio in order that none of the cables are crossing the pathway.

  • I have swept the emptiest section of the restaurant.
