Examine the preparedness of the EVENING SERVERS for business.

  • Notes & Comments:

  • Utilize the Check Sheet 1, 2 and 3 PM for reference.

  • PATIO IS FULLY SET UP AND CLEAN.

  • All tables are set up and organized according to the roster map at the host stand.

  • The entire patio was swept and front sidewalk up to the street.

  • All railings have been wiped clean. All tables and chairs have been wiped clean.

  • All four umbrellas are set up and popped. (Weather depending)

  • SERVER STATION AND BAR ARE FULLY SET UP AND STOCKED.

  • All the tables are set up with menus, pencils, silverware and drink menus.

  • The dining room was spot swept including the chairs around the bar.

  • All boosters, high chairs, and slings are clean.

  • All sani waters have been changed.

  • Fresh ice tea has been made.

  • There are clean and refilled pitchers of 3 waters and 2 ice teas placed on the bar ledge.

  • The ice at the bar has been refilled to the rim and beyond!

  • The lobby room and mat have been swept.

  • The front door and patio windows have been cleaned of hand prints and smudges.

6 O'Clock Discount Double-Check

Examine the RESTAURANT as a whole.

  • Make absolute sure that everything is clean, stocked, and ready to go.

  • Did the Bartender Deep Cleaning get done for today?

  • Lights are adjusted for dinner time.

  • Music is adjusted for dinner time. Patio music is adjusted to be a little louder.

  • All TV's are on sports/live games or slides.

  • All tables are clean, leveled and properly set.

  • Tables 75 and 76 are solid. All patio tables are solid and not missing screws.

  • All light bulbs are functioning including bathroom, kitchen and outside.

  • All trash has been picked up from the green grass by the road.

  • Outside is been swept from cigarette butts and trash.

  • The front door is unlocked.

  • The Evening Meeting was conducted before dinner with FOH and BOH.

  • The whole staff is SMILING and EAGERLY awaiting their guests!!!
