PATIO IS FULLY SET UP AND CLEAN.

All tables are set up and organized according to the roster map at the host stand.

The entire patio was swept and front sidewalk up to the street.

All railings have been wiped clean. All tables and chairs have been wiped clean.

SERVER STATION AND BAR ARE FULLY SET UP AND STOCKED.

All the tables are set up with menus, pencils, silverware and drink menus.

The dining room was spot swept including the chairs around the bar.

All boosters, high chairs, and slings are clean.

All sani waters have been changed.

Fresh ice tea has been made.

There are clean and refilled pitchers of 3 waters and 2 ice teas placed on the bar ledge.

The Evening Meeting was conducted before dinner with FOH and BOH.
