Taking Over the Bar

  • THE GARNISHMENT STATION IS FULLY SET UP AND STOCKED.

  • It includes all the cabinets in the bar and host area: pull out all the liquor bottles, glasses and wipe off all the shelves, doors and stack everything nicely (vodka with vodka, whiskeys together, etc.).

  • Scrub Walls and Baseboards.

  • It includes wiping off all the walls and baseboards in the bar and host area including underneath the ice well.

  • Condiment Shelf.

  • It includes organizing the silverware shelf, all sugars, all bar utensils. Please, put all extra things that do not belong to the bar back where they belong.

  • Nothing. Hurrayyy!

  • I unplugged Ice Cream Freezer.

  • Windex All Liquor Shelves.

  • It includes pulling out all bottles from the glass shelves, cleaning the windows and shelves with windex and wiping off all the bottles with rag and paper towels. It also includes putting all the bottles back on the shelves orderly
