Opening Preparations

Opening the Bar

  • TURN ALL THE COMPUTER SCREENS ON AND MAKE SURE ALL COMPUTERS ARE CHARGING.

  • THE GARNISHMENT STATION IS FULLY SET UP AND STOCKED.

  • Iced tea and lemonade pitchers have been placed by the well station.

  • Fruit has been cut and placed on ice.

  • The salt-rimmer is clean and full.

  • Tongs and a spoon are present for grabbing fruits.

  • THE SHAKE STATION IS FULLY SET UP AND STOCKED.

  • The towel and soap dispensers are full and stocked.

  • The shake maker is clean and assembled.

  • Shake mix-ins have been stocked and syrups are full.

  • The ice cream scoop is placed next to the freezer and the freezer has ice cream stocked in it.

  • Extra towels are placed underneath the shake area.

  • THE DRINK STATION IS FULLY STOCKED AND READY TO PRODUCE.

  • The shake maker is clean and assembled.

  • The shake mix-ins have been stocked and syrups are full.

  • The ice cream scoop is placed next to the freezer and the freezer has ice cream stocked in it.

  • I cleaned out the Ice Cream Freezer.

  • Windex All Liquor Shelves.

  • It includes pulling out all bottles from the glass shelves, cleaning the windows and shelves with windex and wiping off all the bottles with rag and paper towels. It also includes putting all the bottles back on the shelves orderly and with the front facing the door.

  • Bar Cooler.

  • It includes taking all the beers out, wiping down the bottom shelf, all the racks and the wine shelf. It also includes organizing all beer by date (first in-first out), stocking everything according to labels on the cooler doors. Wiping off all the cooler doors.

  • Liquor Cabinets.

  • It includes all the cabinets in the bar and host area: pull out all the liquor bottles, glasses and wipe off all the shelves, doors and stack everything nicely (vodka with vodka, whiskeys together, etc).
