• Pepsi Cooler is organized.

• It includes removing all contents from the cooler, wiping the cooler inside and out. It also entails organizing the cooler and marrying some of the items that are open but of the same date.

• Chairs and Table Stands and Legs.

• It includes cleaning all the chairs and tables stands and legs with regular water and the cleanest towel that you can find in the damper.

• Bathrooms.

• It includes wiping off all the stall walls, handles, doors, counters, baby changing beds in both bathrooms. Use soapy water and the cleanest towel you can find in the damper. Put the towels right back in the damper after you are done. Run the buckets through the dish washing machine right away.

• Dusting. Blinds. Baseboards.

• It includes dusting all blinds one by one, all the ledges and wiping off the baseboards. Use the duster/damp towel for dusting and find the cleanest towel from the damper to do the other dusting and wiping off baseboards.

• Booths.

• It includes taking all the booth seats out and sweeping underneath them. It also includes wiping all the booth seats, walls, tvs and table stands.

• Host Stand.

• It includes organizing and wiping off all the shelves in the host area. It also includes putting all the things back where they belong.

• Trash Cans.

• It includes scrubbing all the trash cans: server, host, bar, women's and men's bathrooms.

• Server Station.

• It includes scrubbing all the walls and baseboards behind pepsi racks, condiment rack, computer station. It also includes organizing all the shelves in the server station.

• Expo Rack.

• It includes organizing all the To-Go supplies ( taking them out of bags, putting them into containers), all the sauces organized by date "First in-First out".
