Server Interview Guide

1. Take notes of what is said, not your perception of what is said. Use your perception of what is said to score each question.
2. All interview questions are tied to Job Specific Job Descriptions, so print out the Job Description as well as the related questionnaire for the position you are interviewing for.
3. On the last two questions, Essential Functions, and Physical Demands, Read the section from the Job Description and ask if they can perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. If they respond that they do need an accommodation ask what that accommodation would be, write it down, than contact HR for review.
5. The essential functions and physical demand questions are not scored, simply write yes or no (with accommodation listed) on the notes line. -
