  • B. Are face shields,hearing protection, respirators available if needed? Grinding, sparks, noise levels in excess of 85 db

  • C. Is the work task compliant with the new silica standard? If so, insure employee has taken appropriate steps as per OSHA 1910.134

8. Testing

  • A. Is proper voltage meter available if needed to test circuits being worked on?

  • B. Is atmospheric test kit available if working with confined space?

  • C. Is the work area free from asbestos and lead hazards?

  • D. Is the SDS information available if working with chemicals?
