WOW Service

  • Is team properly deployed, hustling and working together to quickly serve guest?

  • Is team Coloneling and table touching every dine in guest?

  • Is team in clean, complete uniform? Well groomed including hair and face?

Operations

  • Are lobby/restrooms welcoming? Check cleanliness, air temp, aroma, noise level

  • Are all products fresh, appealing and available?

Winning Culture

  • Is recognition evident? Is weekly CHAMPS drawing in place?

  • Is the WOW Bell ringing? Is the team responding to the bell properly?

**If an employee does not answer a guests request with a "YES Attitude" or fails to execute BLAST, the restaurant automatically FAIL the evaluation and earn a score of zero.
