7: Final Inspection

Have supervisor complete below listed final inspection and final sign off.
7.1) Unit is clean
7.2) Paint and identification meets BOS standards and current procedures
7.3) All required fittings (if applicable) are present and in operable condition
7.4) All cam locks and hammer unions are plugged or capped and has double securement in place as required
7.5) All required components with unit and properly strapped or pinned for transport
7.6) Unit is ready to ship to field
7.7) Take pictures of all sides of the ready unit and close up of welded unit number
Supervisor sign below verifies that unit is field ready and no other work is required to ship to job site
