  • Have suitable anchor points been selected?

  • Has an appropriate drop zone been selected and kept clear?

  • Is there good communication between the crew

  • Rigging Gear - Evidence of proper use of rigging lines and equipment?

  • Is there a designated aerial rescue climber and a second climbing kit available at all times?

  • Are all crew trained, fit and competent in the tasks they are performing?

Work Quality

  • Pruning - Good cuts? Form?

  • Is work being done to specification?

  • Is there good communication with the client?

Equipment on Site

  • Is equipment being used in a safe and proper manner?

  • Are staff adequately trained on the equipment they are using?

  • Are appropriate measures in place for equipment usage? (eg ply boards)

PPE

  • Are all staff in appropriate PPE for the job?

  • Are all staff in uniform and well representing the company?

  • Are all staff wearing helmets?

  • Is all PPE in good condition
