  • Is the Wettons Employers Insurance Certificate in Date and displayed?

  • Is the site notice board up to date and are old notices being filed in the folder provided?

3. First Aid at Work

  • Are first aid boxes available?

  • Are the contents of the first aid boxes as per the recommended list or is the first aid box sealed?

4. Storage

  • Is the store kept clean and tidy?

  • Is all machinery stored properly?

  • Are all chemicals stored properly?

  • Is there PPE available for all tasks on site and for all staff undertaking the tasks?

5. Machinery

  • Does all machinery have a current PAT test label?

  • What do you do if the electrical equipment you are using has no P.A.T test sticker or it is out of date?
