  • Are all tenant signs intact, clean, and properly illuminated (if applicable)?

  • Is there any litter or debris around the site that requires clearing?

  • Are there pallets, crates, or other materials improperly stored outside tenant units?

  • Are waste bins and recycling areas clean, not overflowing, and adequately maintained?

  • Are tenant storage areas (where applicable) tidy and free of obstructions?

  • Are the external lights (parking, pathways) functioning correctly, with no outages?

Health and Safety Concerns

  • Are there any unlevel flagstones or other tripping hazards on walkways?

  • Are all ACO drains intact, free from obstruction, and properly aligned?

  • Are emergency exit signs and safety notices in place and legible?

  • Are emergency access routes clear and unobstructed?
