It is a requirement to regularly check Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS).

Look for any High Risk Work that is being performed on site and ask to see the relevant SWMS.

Check gaps (next to wall) is less than 225mm and it has all required kick/toe boards/rails in place and ladder access installed as required– check one of the Hand Over Certificates to verify inspection date.

LADDERS: Single and extension ladders (if used) are Industrial rated with 120kg SWL, set up 4:1, fixed at top and/or bottom, extend 1 metre past step off point
