    This audit is designed to assess the condition, legibility and suitability of existing signage, and to capture new sign requirements.
    Department Leads need to be involved in this audit.
    Section 1: Existing signs that requires attention are captured here.
    - NOTE: Only signs that require attention need capturing, do not record signs that require no action.
    Section 2: For any newly identified sign requirements, capture these here.
