  • After entering the room, check

  • Room smells pleasant?

  • Door opens and closes securely and quietly?

  • Signage – DND, Evac. Plan & Fire Notice sign present, clean & damage free?<br>

  • Door – clean, with dust free door closer?<br>

  • As you walk around the room, check

  • Lights – all working with clean light switches?<br>

  • Carpet – floor, edges & corners clean & hoovered, no trip hazards?<br>

  • Skirting boards & Walls – visibly clean, no marks & damage free?<br>

  • Moving onto the wardrobe, check

  • No high level dust or rubbish across all shelves / levels & the coat rail?<br>

  • Coat hangers – Six, damage free & as per Room Set Up Guide?<br>

  • Towels – spare towels (if required) for the next customer?<br>

  • From the wardrobe, go to the desk, check

  • Desk surfaces – clean , damage free with remote as per Room Set Up Guide?<br>

  • Kettle, Cups & Caddie - all clean, enough for the customer, two plastic cups & all as per Room Set Up Guide?<br>

  • P.O.S – clean, damage free & as per P.O.S Guide?<br>

  • TV – clean & damage free?<br>

  • With the additional areas of the room, check
