• This Audit is based off the Sky Climber IBEX Inspection form from the First Wind Bull Hill IBEX Power climb Inspection Procedure.

• Review the Bull Hill IBEX Power climber climb assist inspection procedure to insure safety. Any Knicks, cuts, scraps or Gouges with a depth of 1/8" or 2 mm of the polymer Belt need replaced. Notify site personal and red tag if any defects are found.
