  • Clean and replace any plugged or worn spray nozzles (if applicable)

  • Verify that there is > or = 2" of clearance between the screen body and any stationary object

  • Inspect the feed lip plates, feed lip wear liners and all side liners for wear and deterioration. Verify that they're securely held into place

  • Inspect screen support panels or brace panels and crown rubber for excessive wear, bent rails or cracked welds

  • Add comments if necessary

  • Add signature
