Audit
Check oil level
Clean material from springs, snubber assemblies, feed box, drive components, etc.
Check for loose screen panels
Check v-belts for wear and tension
Check screen media support decks for wear
Check wear on screens and tension plates
Check oil level
Check feed box for wear and material build-up
Examine supporting coil springs, snubber coil springs and their retaining brackets / anchors for damage
Check discharge lip
Check motor base for debris that would prevent free movement
Check motor for evidence of excessive heat or damage
Clean caked on material from motor (for heat transfer)
Check wear on bucker bar wear strips
Check snubber assemblies, wear and adjustment
Check v-belts and sheaves (max 1" belt deflection at center)
Clean and replace any plugged or worn spray nozzles (if applicable)
Verify that there is > or = 2" of clearance between the screen body and any stationary object
Inspect the feed lip plates, feed lip wear liners and all side liners for wear and deterioration. Verify that they're securely held into place
Inspect screen support panels or brace panels and crown rubber for excessive wear, bent rails or cracked welds
