Customer Service

  • Customers are given a friendly greeting upon entering the store?

  • Employees are suggestive selling and mentioning current promotion? Phrases such as "Is that all" or "Anything else" are not used!

  • Customers are given their receipt without asking?

  • Customers are thanked, when leaving? Or other parting salutation is given? Regular customers are addressed by name? (Do not mark "NO" for not knowing regulars names)

  • Standard phone greeting is used? Current promotion is mentioned as part of greeting?

  • Music volume is acceptable?

  • Music content is appropriate?

  • Lobby tables are clean?

  • Entry way glass is clean?

  • Restrooms are clean and stocked?

  • Patio tables are clean and patio is swept?

  • Most current driving records emailed? Kept up to date?

  • Health code is being strictly followed?

  • Weekly self health inspection is completed?
