  • What does SOP stand for?<br> <br>Ask employee what SOP Stands for? Employee should know that SOP means Standard Operating Procedure.

  • What does SDS mean?<br> <br>Ask employee what SDS means? Employee should know that SDS means Safety Data Sheets.

  • Does the SOP list PPE?<br> <br>Ask employee if PPE would be listed on the SOP? Employee should have a clear understanding of the items listed on their SOP.

  • Does employee know how to access and log-in to BBS program?<br> <br>Ask questions about How you can log-in to BBS program, start inspection and submit your observation. Make sure the employee has a clear understanding of the program and can navigate through the BBS program.

  • What is the BBS Stands for and what is the target?<br> <br>Make sure the employee knows the weekly target (Two observation for employee each week). BBS: Behavior Based Safety. The employees need to understand the goal of the program and their responsibilities.
