  • Is anything loose or poorly crimped requiring a Mx window to correct?

  • If so note the issue

  • Is there an interconnect to gear in a different rack in the same CO?

  • If so, how many ports are open?

  • Did you verify both sides match?

  • Have you checked all of the filters?

  • Are there any that need to be replaced that you could not attend to or might require a Mx window?

  • If so what type of gear is it?

  • Have you verified all airflow is unobstructed are free of debris?

  • Have you made sure there is nothing left on top of gear?

  • Is everything grounded properly?

  • Are there any fibers that are too long that can be replaced in a Mx window?

  • If so list the new length and type needed and what gear and ports they connect to

  • How many RU's are available? (Grouped)

  • Photos of SL space. (Front and Back)

  • Has the CO Drawing been updated?
