  • Are lifts in a clean (free of dirt, stains, and debris) and functioning condition?

  • Is the emergency phone in good working order?

  • Has an "above average" call rate standard been maintained for the previous 12 months (Above Average = 4 - 6 calls per lift per annum)?

  • In the event, that an urgent response has been required, has the time from call through to physical presence been 4hrs or less?
