All surfaces including furniture are clean and dust free

Baseboards, moldings, & headboard are dust free

Walls/doors/baseboards/closets/drawers are clean and free of scuffs

Bed linens/pillows are not torn or stained and are wrinkle free

All surfaces are free of hair

Carpet is clean and free of debris

Trash bins are clean and can liners are fresh

No evidence of a prior guest is visible

Mirrors are free of dust and smudges in the bedroom and bathroom

Bathroom is free of mildew

Faucets/bathroom fixtures/surfaces are polished and free of spots including all brass

Bath linens are clean and free of stains including robes

Toilet is clean with an extra roll of toilet paper on top of the water tank. The water tank is free of dust and the area around the toilet seat clips are clean

Hallway & Bathroom floors are clean with no dust or hair

Amenities are replaced and neatly arranged

All drawers are free of debris with clean drawer liners placed inside

All lights are working

Paging system is working

Minibar items are refilled/ not expired

Business kit/collateral is in the drawer

Correct bookmark is placed

Fruits are placed on the sofa table/fruits are fresh

Plates/cutlery is placed/clean/neat<br>

Alarm clock is switched off

Privacy/Make up room/doorbell working

Creston is working

Shades/sheers open/close properly
