  • The Auditor arrives at the station and seeks out the Station Manager or another Station Lead person such as a Lead Ticket Agent or Floor Manager if the Station Manager is not present.
    If no one is available they will call the Station Manager to let them know we are conducting an audit.
    Upon completion of the audit the auditor will call their Lead Auditor and/or Chad LaFarr to review the results.
    Once the Drummac audit review is complete they seek out the Station Manager or the acting Manager on duty to review the results.
    If no one is available then the Station Manager is called by phone. If there is no answer the auditor will leave a message.
    After the audit is reviewed by the acting Station Manager then we have a follow-up call with the auditor to discuss any issues or concerns that the Manager my have had.
