  • You can expect for your license to be available at https://nipr.com/help/print-your-license within 5-14 business days. Using your NPN# look up and download your license.

  • Do you have the GroupMe app on your phone and iPad?

  • Install the GroupMe app onto your cell phone.<br>-We use this for motivation, positive encouragement, sharing<br>knowledge, to cheer on our teammates & to celebrate in each<br>other’s victories.

  • Add the NLT group chat.

  • Create a new Gmail email account to use for your NASB business.<br> (example: nasb.jacksmith@gmail.com)

  • Do you have an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil (iPad needs to be 64gb or higher)

  • Complete SureLC online contract<br>NOTE: You will need to obtain a personal voided check with your information<br>PRINTED on the check (No starter checks) OR a TYPED bank letter with a bank<br>representatives’ signature. This has to be uploaded before contract can be completed as this is where you will receive your bank deposits/commissions payout.

  • From a computer, Elevation.Market

  • Click “Account” at the top righthand corner of the page, then click “Register”

  • You will then be prompted to enter your contact information & asked to enter the name of your “Upline” -- It is important that you enter the correct manager in this field. Please double check with your manager or Allison Dove on this to ensure this is done correctly.

  • Once approved, you will be able to use the NASB Tab – which will allow you to watch the Sales Training videos.

  • Now that you have completed SureLC online contract, within 3 business days, you will receive:<br>-Login info/temporary password to the NASB website – www.NASBNation.com<br>-Login credentials for Leads Management Software

  • -SuranceBay emails (Carrier contracts). You will need to complete these via desktop PC or laptop (These cannot be completed on a mobile device).<br>***These need to be completed as soon as they are received. If you have questions or need any help, please reach out to your manager or Allison Dove for assistance***<br>--IMPORTANT!!—Once you have completed all SuranceBays, immediately TEXT Allison Dove to let her know you have completed.<br>Completing your SuranceBays will provide you the ability to be appointed with:<br>-Mutual of Omaha<br>-Americo<br>-Great Western<br>-TransAmerica<br>-AIG<br>-CVS/Aetna<br>-Royal Neighbors

  • **To become appointed with Liberty Bankers & United Home Life, you must have an app to submit and then follow these steps:<br>-Say “PENDING NASB” as your writing number for any phone interviews AND write it on the applications.<br>-Once you have written the application, Email Allison Dove<br>(allisondovenasb@gmail.com) to give her your client’s name and birthdate so that she can request your contract with the carrier.

  • **To become appointed with Elevation Carriers, please send Allison an email to request<br>contract & she will provide you with what you need to complete the request. These<br>carriers include: F&G, North American, Athene, & Assurity.

  • Once SuranceBays have been completed/approved, Within 5-14 business days, you will begin to receive carrier approval emails that will provide you with your Agent ID Numbers (You will have an individual writing number for each carrier.)<br>***Save these Agent ID numbers in your iPad or iPhone Notes app for easy access.

  • You will be registered to take your Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training on the LIMRA website once you have written your first application with Mutual of Omaha or Americo. You will need to take this training immediately once it is available to you. Go to: knowledge.limra.com

  • -You will be able to login using your NPN# for your username and your last name lowercase for your password.

  • You will be prompted to change your password upon your first login.

  • ***IMPORTANT*** Upon completion, Please immediately EMAIL Allison Dove<br>(allisondovenasb@gmail.com) a screenshot of completed AND your LIMRA login username and password so that she can submit it to the carriers.

  • Purchase E&O Coverage:<br>-This is optional, but highly recommended!<br>-You may obtain Errors & Omissions Coverage (E&O)<br>This insurance will cover you up to $1,000,000 in case there is ever a lawsuit.<br>-This will allow you to contract with additional carriers. Get Contacts from Manager<br>2. Spreadsheets<br>3. Study Applications<br>4. Complete a couple mock applications (Check with manager to make sure they are done correctly)<br><br>**Day 3: Post Sale Admin, Back Office, Numbers Spreadsheets

  • Schedule 2-3 Ride-Alongs<br><br>Field training includes:<br><br>**Day 1: This is a full day in the field watching your direct manager do presentations. What to Expect: Dress Business Casual, You will be Role Playing, Taking Notes (bring iPad), & you will need to bring a packed lunch. Your manager will bring you a NASB lanyard and Delivery Notices.<br><br>**Day 2: Time to SHINE! It’s your turn to take the lead on door approaches and Steps 1-4 of the presentation. Your manager will give you feedback after each and continue roleplaying with you.<br><br>**Day 3: Optional & Only if necessary Your manager will provide you with roughly 20 complimentary leads in an area they select. You are to:<br>-Work ALONE in the field for 5 consecutive business days<br>-Conduct an in & up call in every presentation<br>-Stay engaged in communication daily with your direct manager for assistance and feedback via text, email, or phone. BE COACHABLE!<br><br>*NOTE: Once the SuranceBay carrier contracts are completed, you are cleared to write business in the field. Simply indicate “PENDING NASB” in the place of your writing number until your writing numbers (Agent ID numbers) are received. (Unless it is not a “Just in Time” state – example: PA)

  • Research and study Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, SHIP, and the Active Living Benefits

  • Text a screenshot of your activity tracker nightly to your direct coach for the first 90 days.

  • After 5 days working alone in the field, you will have another ride-along with your<br>manager for them to observe and inspect for any necessary improvements that need to be made with your door approach, presentation, and iPad & business tracking organization.

  • Contact each carrier once provided with an Agent ID to have their tech support go over back office to better understand how to navigate your pending business, commissions, and placed/issued business.
