CONTRACT PARKING LOT SECURITY DAILY CHECKLIST

  • To be completed daily by CSP or CLEP | This checklist should be turned in to the Manager on Duty at the end of each shift and maintained on a clipboard in the SM Office

  • 1. Conduct parking lot patrols every thirty minutes. Document and report any suspicious activity involving vehicles, employees or customers to Loss Prevention and/or Store Management.

  • 2 Check the security of exterior gates on an hourly basis. Document and report any issues to Loss Prevention and/or Store Management.

  • 3. Conduct a visual fence perimeter check on an hourly basis. Document and report any fence breaches or cuts to Loss Prevention and/or Store Management.

  • 4. Check all emergency exits around the building to ensure they are secure on an hourly basis. Document and report any issues to Loss Prevention and/or Store Management.

  • 5. Monitor/escort employees who are exiting the building after dark to ensure they reach their vehicles safely.

  • 6. Monitor customer and employee vehicles to ensure vandalism does not Occur.

  • 7. At the beginning of your shift conduct a daily equipment check and safety vehicle check to ensure every item is in good working condition. Document and report any issues to Loss Prevention and/or Store Management.

  • 8. Document any other activities or items completed.
