    Method
    A Task observation is an observation designed to check:
    1. Execution compliance of a task against the instruction or procedure for that task
    2. Assess the quality of the instruction/procedure.
    Task observations are generally executed by Supervisors observing their crews, however, other roles may utilise the process.
    There are four steps to follow when conducting a task observation:
    1. Identify and review the relevant Work Procedure, Work Instruction or JSAs
    2. Visit the work area and inform the personnel about the observation
    3. Observe work practices being in accordance with the instruction
    4. Action findings and provide feedback to the team on your observation
