TELE-HANDLER PER-SHIFT INSPECTION REPORT
PRE-SHIFT INSPECTION: Before use each day or at the beginning of each shift, Tele-handler shall be given a "walk-round" visual inspection as a daily requirement before operating this machine.

DAILY INSPECTION CHECK LIST

BEFORE ENTERING OPERATOR'S CAB:
-
1. Windows & mirror(s) are clean and undamaged; and properly adjusted for operator's view.

2. Engine oil Level
-
3. Hydraulic oil level
-
4. Air filter restriction indicator. if needle is in red area filter is clogged and element must be cleaned or changed.

5. Tire and wheels.
-
6. *Heater, defroster and windshield wiper.
-
7. *Operating lights and rotating beacon.
-
8. Voltmeter should show 13.5 to 14 Volts.

9. Observe Oil Pressure Gauge (Low idle 10 psi / 69 kPa)

WHEN ENGINE WARMS TO OPERATING RANGE, CHECK:
-
10. Transmission fluid level.
-
11. Service brake and parking brake.
-
12. Forward and reverse travel.
-
13. Each of the gear ranges.
-
14. Steering (in both directions) with engine at low idle. Check in each steering mode.
-
15. Horn and back-up alarm. Must be audible from inside operator's cab with engine running.

16. All boom and attachment functions - operate smoothly and correctly.
