I hereby give immediate written notice to terminate this tenancy at the aforementioned property and vacate on the date given below and my tenancy will cease on this date.
I agree that all belongings and any other goods or waste will be removed by the termination date, if any furniture or belongings are left by I give authorisation to dispose of them as you see fit with the cost offset against my deposit.
I understand that my Deposit is held in a scheme and will be returned within 10 working days, pending appropriate and agreed deductions (if any).
I confirm that this tenancy is surrendered of my own free will and all claim to the lease on the tenancy is no longer required. -
