Any changes in general appearance or shape since last inspection
Has there been any deviation from design and tipping rules
Is the slope being formed steeper than the max specified
Has material been placed in layers thicker than specified
Has placed material been given the specific amount of compaction
Is there evidence of soft areas within the tipped material
Are access roads and tipping points suitable and safe for tipping operations
Is there any cracking along the toe of the tip
If cracks are present is any water entering them
Is water pounding behind the crest on top of the tip
Is there any lowering or settlement of the ground behind the crest of the slope
Is there any evidence of bulging on the side slopes
Has there been any slumping/moving at the toe of the tip
Has there been any excavation into the toe of the tip
Can any movement of the foundation adjacent to the toe of the tip be seen
Is water along the sides or at the toe of the tip
Is there any uncontrollable discharge of water over the tip causing scour
Is there any water issuing from the tip slopes
Are there any obstructions to drainage blanket drains culverts or watercourses
