  • Trane is committed to a successful project and our ultimate goal a satisfied customer. In order for us to minimize trouble shooting and additional job costs it is imperative that the following checklist items that pertain to this mechanical system be completed. This pre-startup check list will serve as document to the progress of the job with relationship to the equipment and controls prior to Trane doing the commissioning of the controls system.

When Trane is notified that the mechanical system is ready for commissioning of the controls, it is assumed that the mechanical equipment is ready to run. If there are circumstances that the equipment is not ready to operate, the Trane technician(s) along with the Trane project manager will determine if there is enough work to begin or if they will need to be rescheduled which may have an impact on the completion date. This may also result in extra costs if travel is involved. Please note that Trane will make every effort to work with your company to complete the job at the time requested but will realistically need the number of days to do our work as previously discussed with your company.
