Understanding Basic U20 Operator Information Audit

  • Does the operator understand the importance of PPE for stations like Roof Console, 25220, 23899 and automation

  • Does operator know what one piece flow is?

  • Does Operator understand how to put Down time into the tablet and OEE?

  • Does Operator understand IF they have a MES badge they need to scan it at Start Up to be able to run machine. If Operator DOESN'T have a MES badge, They need to get with Material Handler so a badge can be scanned to start up production. Then be sure to get with Team Lead, Trainer or Supervisor so one can be provided for them.

  • Operator correctly filling out OEE, Traceability as well as Daily Checks ?

  • Does Operator know what 5s means?

  • Operator DOES NOT understand what 5s is.. Explain to them and make a note on what they didn't know.

  • Does Operator understand how to read a NPIF ? And know what Box/Tote is needed, Dunnage and Bag?

  • Does Operator know where PQS is located ? Do they know where to find the components needed for FG part number?

  • Does operator understand that only production Lead, Trainer, Material Handler, Quality and special selected key holder Operators can have a key? Make sure the Operator understands that they can NOT just take someone's key and use it. If they do, they WILL receive a write up.( Make sure Operator Initial) Stating they understand this.

  • Does Operator have any Questions or Comments

  • Would Operator like ANY additional Training on the Questions in this Audit?

  • Have Operator sign stating they DONT need any additional training

  • Have Operator sign. and note what additional training they want/ need

  • Would Operator like any extra training on anything? If yes explain

  • If Operator says that they understand EVERYTHING that is on this Audit and DOESN'T feel any additional training is needed . Both Trainer AND Operator need to sign and date.
