  • Remove filter and ensure there is no sediments inside.

  • Check hydraulic pump for forward / reverse operation & accuracy with digital tachometer.

  • Check compliance plate & approval plate information conforms with vehicle manufactures chassis / V.I.N No's. & Engine No.

  • Check crimp length white mark on hydraulic hoses is in line with end of fitting.

  • Check hand wash water bottle and bracket.

  • Check stainless steel static strip.

  • Check all temperature & pressure gauge bezels that hold the glass in place for tightness & put silastic sealant in two places to prevent vibration from loosening.

  • Ensure wash down hose is installed

  • Ensure flush box has the following

  • 8mm nut installed on the locking latch.

  • Spray bar dividers 4 off

  • 10 meter Flush hose

  • Basket for nuts and bolts

  • Ensure the following fire extinguishers are up to date, has the right type,& in proper locations:

  • a. 2kg fire extinguisher type 3A:30B:E to be placed in cab

  • b. 9kg fire extinguisher type ABE; model # FSZ 900; 1 pc. in front of tank and 1 pc. rear of tank

  • c. 9kg portable eye wash; 1 pc in front of tank

  • d. engine strangler (sapphire); part # AAK00758; 1 pc. in front of tank

  • NOTE: Month & year stamped on the tag attached to the fire extinguisher must be no later
