  • Check hydraulic tank (pressure test) and check for leaks.

  • Check hydraulic tank and cylinder/actuators fittings and hoses.

  • Check hydraulic pump driveshaft bolts and nuts.

  • Check torque on hydraulic pump drive flange bolts & hydraulic pump shaft spline coupling.

  • Check operation and placement of lights and reflectors.

  • Check compliance plate & approval plate information conforms with vehicle manufactures chassis / V.I.N No's. & Engine No.

  • Check crimp length white mark on hydraulic hoses is in line with end of fitting.

  • Check oil level in hydraulic power pack

  • Check unit for damage or wear

  • Grease pivot points - bearing.

  • Check all risk assessment signs.
