Check hydraulic tank (pressure test) and check for leaks.

Check hydraulic tank and cylinder/actuators fittings and hoses.

Check torque on hydraulic pump drive flange bolts & hydraulic pump shaft spline coupling.

Check operation and placement of lights and reflectors.

Check all bolted connections sizes, location, fitment and tightness (torques).

Check all welded connections are of appropriate length, size and penetration.

Check hydraulic pump for forward / reverse operation & accuracy with digital tachometer & check and set relief valve pressure.

Check compliance plate & approval plate information conforms with vehicle manufactures chassis / V.I.N No's. & Engine No.

Check crimp length white mark on hydraulic hoses is in line with end of fitting.
