Vehicle Pre-Trip Safety Inspection

This checklist must be completed before any trip in an organization vehicle. If any unsafe issues are noted, the vehicle shall not be used to transport until it is fixed. This checklist should be completed by the staff member either driving or supervising youth on the vehicle. The purpose is to ensure that the vehicle is up to safety standards before embarking on a trip.
