Instructions.

  • Please sign and attach photos of all completed tasks.

Health & Safety.

  • Ensure that all personnel are wearing the correct PPE for the task. (gloves, dust masks, safety glasses, protective overalls if required.).

  • Has the lock out /tag out procedure been followed?

Pre - Feeder.

  • Clean and remove all waste from the area. (Weekly)

  • Blow down all the remaining dust from the machine. (Weekly)

  • Wipe out all the side frames. (Weekly)

  • Clean all chains from dust and debris and lubricate. (Weekly) (Chain Oil)

  • Clean all sensors with a dry cloth. (Weekly)

  • Check all belts for signs of wear/damage and report any defects. (Weekly)

Feed Section.

  • Clean area of all waste and dust. (Weekly)

  • Wipe all sensors/reflectors with a dry cloth. (Weekly)

  • Wipe down all shafts and lubricate. (Weekly) (MPS Spray)

  • Check condition of Sun Feeder Tyres and report any defects found. (Weekly)

  • Check condition of the feed roll and report and defects found. (Weekly)

  • Check dust extraction and remove any dust/waste. (Weekly)

Print Unit 1

  • Clean the print chamber and replace all Dr Blades and end seals if required. (Weekly)

  • Deep clean of all ink catchments. (Weekly)

  • Clean the anilox roll and check the surface condition for any damage. Report and defects found. (Weekly)

  • Clean all the surrounding shafts and check the condition of the transfer belts. Report any defects with the transfer belts. (Weekly)

  • Deep clean of the print and impression cylinders. (Weekly)

  • Deep clean of the ink well. (Weekly)

  • Wipe down all the face control panel and remove any ink splashes. (Weekly)

Print Unit 2

  • Check the fire extinguishing system and report and defects found. (Weekly)

Die - Cut Section.

  • Clean all shafts and pull rollers. (Weekly)

  • Check condition of the anvil and Micro - Grind. Replace if necessary. (Monthly)

  • Check the condition of the die - cut waste conveyor (Clean if needed). report any defects found. (Weekly)

Waste Belt

  • Check underneath the anvil for swarf and waste build up. Report any faults. (Weekly)

  • Check down in the waste pit for any waste/swarf build up. Remove if needed and report any faults. (Weekly)

Layboy Section.

  • Check condition of all layboy belts & jointing pins. (Replace if necessary) (Weekly)

  • Check condition of the layboys bar. Test that it is running free. (Weekly)

  • Clean all shafts and lead screws and lubricate. (Weekly) (MPS Spray)

  • Remove all waste and debris from the rails. (Weekly)

  • Take out the sample trolley and clean out all the waste from underneath. (Weekly)

Counter Ejector

  • Blow all dust from the area. (Weekly)

  • Remove all waste and debris from underneath the C/E (Weekly)

  • Clean all sensors with a dry cloth. (Weekly)

  • Check the condition of all belts and conveyors. Report any defects. (Weekly)

Corrpal Breaker 1

  • Check condition of all conveyors. Report any defects. (Weekly)

  • Check condition of breaker paddles and check for paralell. (Weekly)

  • Clean down all the covers. (Weekly)

  • Sweep underneath the breaker. (Weekly)

Corrpal Breaker 2

  • Check condition of all conveyors. Report any defects. (Weekly)

  • Check condition of breaker paddles and check for paralell. (Weekly)

  • Clean down all the covers. (Weekly)

  • Sweep underneath the breaker. (Weekly)

Corrpal Turn Cross.

  • Check condition of the turn cross and report any defects. (Weekly)

Corrpal slip/Tie dispenser.

  • Check condition of suction cups and report any defects. (Weekly)

Corrpal Palletiser.

  • Check condition of all squaring plates and backboards. Report any defects. (Monthly)

General Section.

  • Grease all nipples throughout the machine (Weekly) (EP2)
