Is all temporary power GFCI regularly tested, maintained and logged?

Is there a asured grounding program in use?

Are cords inspected daily and before every use.

Are ladders red tagged and returned to office ASAP when defects or damages are discovered? DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS AT ALL.
