General Installation Quality

  • Has the wardrobe and accessories been assessed and is there any visible damage

  • Has a minimum internal depth of 593mm been allowed for

  • Have plug sockets been left accessible.<br>

  • Is the quality of chipboard cuts acceptable with minimal chip damage.<br>

  • Are the shelf and hanger bars secured correctly to adjacent liners and fillets.<br>

  • Are liners and tracks level.<br>

  • Has the skirting been cut square and is flush with the liner.

  • Have the top and bottom tracks been cut square and are in line with the liners or end panels.

  • Have the doors been adjusted and are plumb to the side liners or end panels.

  • Do doors glide and move with ease.<br>

  • Have pencil marks and visible unit labels been removed.<br>

  • Has the inside of the wardrobe been cleaned out and waste removed from the plot.

  • Has the wardrobe been protected satisfactorily - where applicable

  • Has caulking been applied correctly - where applicable.

Drawer Packs & Tower Units

  • Have the drawers been assembled correctly and are rigid.<br>

  • Are the drawers level, sit flush and glide smoothly.

  • Has the tower unit been installed in the correct location.<br>

  • Has a filler piece been installed where a tower unit is against a wall.<br>

  • Have cam caps been installed to tower units - where applicable.<br>

  • Have the drawer packs and towers been securely fixed to the wall.<br>

Premier Storage & Relax Systems

  • Has the premier storage kit been installed in line with customer expectations. <br>

  • Are all stantions level and secured correctly.<br>

  • Have the adjustment feet been installed and the stantions not just screwed to the floor.<br>

  • Have the Relax brackets been installed the correct way up in line with the installation guide.<br>

  • Have the drawer packs on the Relax system been fixed back to the wall and through the sides of the stantion into the drawer pack.<br>

  • Did the Installer make the customer aware of how to care for and adjust the equipment?

Full Carcass Interior

  • Is the quality of chipboard cut acceptable with minimal chips.<br>

  • Do the panels sit together flush and level with no gaps.<br>

  • Have adjacent units been fixed using hidden fixings.

Drop Downs, T-Liner & Sub-Sill

  • Has the T-liner been installed in line with showhome/ site expectations.<br>

  • Has the sub-sill been installed correctly.<br>

  • Has the drop down been fitted correctly using appropriate fixing methods and scribed to ceiling where necessary.<br>

  • If drop down is over 2.8m in length has it been fitted correctly with a join in the middle.
