    a) To ensure ABC Co-Providers are adhering to the Website and Social Media policies as documented in the ABC Marketing and Advertising Guidelines

Scope

  • The scope of this review is limited to the observation of activities undertaken by the person completing the review in relation to conforming to the ABC Marketing and Advertising Guidelines.

Website Review

  • Does the website contain a link back to ABC License Training: Trigger Criteria

  • Website links back to Fees and Refunds Policy & Procedure

  • Website links back to Complaints and Appeals Policy & Procedure

  • Website links back to Privacy Policy & Procedure

  • Website links back to Course Outline (for each course on the scope of registration)

  • Website links back to Student Handbook

  • Website links back to Credit Policy & Procedure

  • Website links back tp RPL Application form

Does the website contain the following details

  • The ABC logo is displayed on every page as per the Marketing and Advertising Guidelines

  • Information that is accurate and factual

  • Course information including duration, pre-requisites, pre-course learning, outcomes, etc that is accurate and factual as per ABC guidelines

  • Course fee information and terms and conditions for payments

  • Information that clearly distinguishes between nationally recognized training leading to the issuance of an AQF certification from any other training or assessment delivered by the RTO. i.e the student is aware that the course they are enrolling into is nationally recognised training

  • Information relating to a non-current training product while it remains on the RTO’s scope of registration. I.e information that HLTAID004 is currently superseded with a teach-out date in place

  • Information that markets or advertises that a training product delivers a licensed or regulated outcome ONLY where this has been confirmed with the industry regulator

  • RTO Code and name on each page of the website that identifies ABC Licensed training is responsible for training and assessment as per the ABC marketing guidelines

  • The full and correct code and title of any training product, as published on the National Register (www.training.gov.au) referred to in that information

  • Does your website contain the NRT logo? *the NRT logo is not to be used for marketing and advertising purposes

  • No guarantee that a learner will successfully complete a training product on its scope of registration
