Weekly Bar Clean Checklist

  • Thoroughly clean all shelves and contents. Remove glasses and run through the glass washer, wipe all shelves and ensure they are completely dry before replacing contents.

  • Remove contents of the fridges and thoroughly clean the shelves, inside walls and glass fronts inside and out.

  • Clean out the coke guns throughly with the correct brushes and cleaning solutions to prevent a syrup build up.
