Harnesses: Do the have a valid statutory inspection completed in the past 6 months OR are new and hold a valid cert within 6 months?

MEWP: Does the MEWP have a valid statutory inspection completed within the last 6 months?

MEWP: Are pre use inspections being completed and documented on the Scaff tag?

Fork Lift Truck: Does the FLT have a valid statutory inspection completed within the last 12 months?

Are ladders and steps in good condition?

Are hazardous substances stored correctly? Is the hazardous cupboard locked?

Check the content of the cupboard - does this match the inventory for storage?
FIRTS AID

Emergency Shower: Run the emergency shower for 1 minute; is the shower working correctly and free from obstruction?

First aid box: Is the first aid box accessible and are all required contents present and in date?

Are eye wash stations accessible? Have the required number of bottles in place and in date?
VALIDATION

Fire: Log Book: Has the fire alarm been tested and documented for the previous week?

Fire: Log book: Has the extension fire exit been tested and documented for the previous week?

Daily Inspections: Are daily inspections being completed for the ASR, Harvester and Processing line? Are actions which have been raised closed off?

Near Miss: Have actions raised in the previous weeks near misses been closed off?

Isolation and lock off: Check someone who is cleaning, maintaining, seeding etc. Have they isolated and locked off the equipment and following the sites procedure? (Make note of the details)

PPE: Check someone who is using a substance. Is the correct PPE being worn? Is the PPE in good condition? (Make note of the details)

Check who is in the farm: Are they all signed in on the entrance register?
