  • Are all operators sufficiently trained and competent in the use of equipment?

  • Are aisles, walkways, escape routes and fire exits & Fire Extinguishers clear of obstructions?

  • Have all air lines not being used been put away.

  • Is extraction at woodworking saws working correctly and being used?

  • Are COSHH substances placed in a designated metal cabinet when not in use?

  • Have operators been asked about improvement opportunities relating to HS&E? Who was asked ? and what was thier comments.

  • Are there any other unsafe situations that require attention that is not mentioned?

  • Have all daily checks and sign off sheets been completed, i.e., Saws, forklifts.

  • Has all lifting equipment been placed back in cabinet and stored correctly.
