Space Constructions General Notes:

• All trade waste including FOOD scraps to be placed in designated area or in Skip bin supplied
  
  All work areas to be left clean and tidy on completion of daily works and on final completion of trade works.
  
  No smoking in house and butts to be placed in bins
  
  Refer to SITE FOLDER for all detail plans and construction plans or visit www.spaceconstructions.com.au/active
  
  Gate to be locked on exit and windows/doors to be closed and locked (code is set to the current year)
  
  All materials to be placed to not get in the way of other trades and covered to prevent damage
  
  All Subcontractors must provide and have available , WHO&S plan and Safe Work Method documentation
  
  Silt barriers and rubble pad to be left intact.
