Are all JSEA’s signed by these cleaners and inductor?

Have cleaning staff completed the Vivid online induction?

Site attendance book is used as required – cleaners are signing in and out?

Is the CleanTrak QR on site and the reporting is accurate and working?

General safety instruction posters, and “If you get Injured at work” poster available.

Entry to storage kept clear and easily entered?

Floor surfaces are even, clear of rubbish and uncluttered?

Washing facilities are clean and functional?

There is good natural light or adequate illumination in the storeroom?

Supplies are stored on hooks or shelving and heavy items are placed no higher than waist high and all within easy access to minimise lifting problems?

General condition of hooks and racking is adequate?

PPE is available?

First aid kit is available, not expired, and the contents are clean and orderly?

All walkways/stairways/ramps are kept clear of boxes, rubbish, leads or other trip hazards?

Are all floor surfaces even, undamaged, clearly marked and have sufficient grip to prevent slipping?
