Section 1 - Checklist Inspection details Upon completion of all roofs by JLG contractors, JLG will attend site and perform a visual inspection to ensure the below items are adhered to, and the roofing work is conducted to a high level of workmanship. Any defects will require fixing by the contractor, prior to full payment for the job. NB: ensure existing battens are suitable for re-use, advise immediately if not. NB: Roof pitch. DO NOT INSTALL ROOF SHEETS UNDER RECOMMENDED PITCH. Check and advise if not already identified. NB: RIDGES/HIPS TO BE SCRIBED ON ALL JOBS NORTH OF HARWOOD IN NSW (HIGH WIND AREA).
