  • Are site Training Records up to date such as Safepass/CSR and Manual Handling?

  • Is the Site Plant Register up to date?

Site Housekeeping

  • Is there any current issues with Housekeeping on site?

  • Was there any plaster board found to be stored against walls?

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Is there stock of PPE Available to distribute? (Incl Gloves, Glasses, Dustmasks, Vests)

  • Are all Oakleaf Operatives wearing suitable PPE?

  • Has each operative been Face Fit Tested

Site Welfare

  • Have adequate Canteen areas been made available including Hot Water, Tables/Seating and Facility to heat food?

  • Have Adequate toilet facilities been made available for operatives?

  • Have Adequate Drying rooms been made available for operatives?

Environmental

  • Are Oakleaf Operatives aware of appropiate waste segregation and the requirement to use a particular skip for Plasterboard, Metal and General Waste?

  • Are waste transfer notes available for the gyproc waste?

  • Have all oakleaf operatives been briefed and signed to confirm they are aware and understand the Oakleaf COSHH Assessments

General

  • Has any unsafe practises been noted whilst completing this inspection?
