  • 1.1. The following documents are available in the glovebox:<br> Manufacturer's handbook, warranty and service guide<br> Fuel cards<br>

  • 1.2. The vehicle is within current service kms and time, as evidenced by stamped/dated Service Book.<br><br><br><br>

  • 1.3. Current vehicle registration

  • 1.4. Number plates are legible and undamaged.

  • 1.5. All sets of keys are available and work

  • 1.6. The vehicle is free from damage (ie. scratches, dents and marks)<br>If damage is present please notify your Supervisor.<br>

  • 1.7. Windscreen and windows are clean and free of cracks/chips

  • 1.8. Windscreen/rear wiper blades are working effectively

  • 1.9. Mirrors are clean, free from damage and can be easily adjusted

  • 1.10. All lights, including indicator and brake lights, are working and lenses are clean and undamaged.

  • 1.11. The horn is working

  • 1.12. All seat belts are in good condition and are operating correctly (ie. retracting and fastening)

  • 1.13. The interior of the vehicle is clean and in good condition<br>

  • 1.14. Tyres (including spares) are in good condition and inflated to the pressures recommended on the tyre placard.<br><br>Even tread depth of at least 3mm, free of cuts, damage, flat spots or foreign bodies.<br>

  • 1.15. Brakes, including the park brake, are in good working order ( dashboard check only required)

  • 1.16. Ground beneath vehicle checked for fluid leaks
